Pa. Health Department warns of contact-tracing scams

The state’s Departments of Health and Aging sent out a press release Wednesday warning Pennsylvanians to be alert for contact-tracing scams.

According to the department, scams include a caller asking for someone’s Social Security number or payment for tracing services, which are not a component of a contact-tracing inquiry.
