Campaign notebook: Sara Innamorato hits the airwaves in county executive race as progressives line up behind her

Sara Innamorato is on the air.

The Democratic state representative from Lawrenceville this week became the third candidate for Allegheny County executive to buy airtime for TV ads. Ms. Innamorato’s first spot began appearing Tuesday after her campaign booked about $68,000 in airtime through next Monday, according to AdImpact, which tracks political advertising.
