Gov. Shapiro outlines plan for Pennsylvania's federal infrastructure aid spending

HARRISBURG — As federal COVID-19 stimulus aid winds down, federal aid to Pennsylvania under the 2021 infrastructure law is ramping up.

The increasing impact of the federal Infrastructure and Jobs Act is seen in Gov. Josh Shapiro’s plan to spend the federal dollars allocated to Pennsylvania in Fiscal Year 2023-24.
