Two weeks ago, Gov. Tom Wolf bemoaned that the percentage of Pennsylvanians who received the COVID-19 vaccine was “in the middle of the pack” compared to other states.
On Tuesday, it was far below the middle, sitting among the bottom 10 states with around 8.8% of Pennsylvanians receiving at least one shot, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
